antelope hunt suggestions

Looking to do a antelope hunt this fall with my wife we both have 4 points as a non resident. Looking for suggestions on units we could draw and have a fun hunt can spent what ever time we need on this hunt?
Thanks Brian

Depends on what kind of hunt you want. I might look at unit's 81, 82, 110 and stay in Cody or Meeteese. Lots to do in Cody if you wanted to sight see or have restraunts to eat. Could be a fun 6-7 day hunt/vacation.

Every antelope unit is Wyo has the opportunity to be a fun hunt. Pick one that is right for you rather than what someone else thought of it. You have no idea what that person considers a fun hunt.

I suggest you go to the Draw odds section of the WG&F website and print last years draw odds. Then highlight the units that had 100% draw odds last year with at least 3 points. Then go to the interactive map on the hunt planner and start looking at those units in more detail. You will see road density, proximity to towns, landownership, terrain type, etc. This will get you a better answer than just asking for suggestions, IMO.

I think it really depends on the wife and where she would like to stay...Cody, Lander, Pinedale...all good town options with lodging options and units close enough that you could draw and have a good hunt.

Yea, I definitely don't want my old lady having monkey ass a field! Would be no fun at all!
Always a motel hunt with the ladies...:)

Looks like 90 paying special might work, that or 88 on the cheap fee. I would pay the extra for 90. 89 special would be a toss up and likely wouldn't get it.

Lander is a bigger town than Pinedale with more restaurants, just depends what you are looking for. Pinedale is a bit more remote with a bit better scenery with Fremont Lake a place to check out for dinner and the scenery.

I was wondering the same thing
Got 4 points to
R the bucks as big around Pinedale as the desert goat's ?
Hope you don't mind me jumping in on your post

Lots of decent spots to draw with 4 PP. If you'll do the special you might get better odds on some areas.
Middle of the state has decent moisture and numbers.
Time is what you need to filter through the smaller bucks in any given area to find that trophy.
You might wait one year to get another PP and see how many burned their PP this year.
