I was looking for some information on unit 16. I know there is a considerable amount of private in this unit. Any information would be helpful.

I ALSO EXPLORED IT AS WELL, TOO MUCH PRIVATE FOR ME TO DEAL WITH COMPARED TO OTHER GOOD UNITS TO HUNT W/OUT THE PRIVATE. I ASSUME YOUR REFERRING TO HUNTING ELK.

ALSO .....IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 11 OR 12 POINTS TO DRAW WITH A RIFLE & CAN GET CROWDED QUICK. MY NEIGHBOR SAYS DONT GET CAUGHT ON THE PRIVATE LIKE HE DID........GET A CHIP.................YD.

I haven't hunted it myself. Have had friends hunt it in the past. Sounded like everything blows off public with pressure on to private and then just camps out there.
