Its all about the fawns! This is very good news. It really doesn't matter much how many bucks you shoot as long as there are enough around to breed, 37 to 100 ratio sounds pretty good as well.

Winter is far from over and it's started off pretty cold and winter range is poor at best... keep your fingers crossed for mild winter

+1, 787. Lots of winter ahead of us yet. If we have 20% fawn mortality, the herd doesn't grow...
