I got 11 points for antelope. non resident..
cant decide on what unit. 57,60 or 61. need some input please?
I have Nevada info on some good units for deer and antelope in the north western units if some needs.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-20-18 AT 09:47AM (MST)[p]+1 with 61 or 57 with your points. On a side note, the 57-2 tag is way overlooked and has good draw odds for those wanting a shot at hunting a chunk of one of the best areas in the state.

Why would you state stuff like this on a forum where people are to lazy to research their own hunts... people can't stand to prosper... the odds just went down cause at least 10 people that read this will apply now...
People are morons

Yep; we're our own worst enemy! And many wonder why units go up in PPs required every year.

It's part of the reason people should use the site, to gain hunting knowledge. I would doubt that "EVERYTHING" you know was self taught, nothing from the internet, books, magazines or other people period. If you don't like what people share on this site, you can go to a site where everyone just sits quietly and never says anything for fear someone might gain some knowledge.
This site is for sharing information and talking hunting and I think your comment about us being morons is a crappy shot.

Grab a friend with 0 points, and apply for 73. Get 2 B&C antelope for the price of 1. The big bucks in the highly advertised units are no bigger in many of the other units that offer great hunting.

>thanks Brian. well said

I understand where Brian is coming from, but IMHO a lot of help can be given to people on this and other sites by using PMs or email so that the whole world doesn't get the information. I think that is probably what our member was trying to say and why I gave him a thumbs up, as I help a lot of people on this and several other sites by PM and not out where everyone is going to read my tips.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-31-18 AT 11:01AM (MST)[p]I have 11 has well and was thinking the same has you. I was hoping getting a Region W tag has well if I drew 57 for Antelope. Might happen this year has long has theirs no winter kill. Like to talk about Nevada has well with 11 points for deer. PM when you get chance

I drew 57 this year as well. I shot a respectable goat(76"), but I didn't make it out until the end of the hunt. If I was to do it again I would have gone a few days before, and found one to chase on the opener. There are a TON of goats, but the great goats are few and far between. If you can't go on the opener then I would wait until you can.
