John McCall v. Best of the West Productions LLC, Huskemaw Optics LLC, Jack Peterson; McCall is suing Best of the West for more than $100,000. McCall is claiming he guaranteed and secured a more than $50,000 loan for Best of the West in his name while with the company, but the company defaulted on the loan because of mismanagement. He alleges he became responsible for paying the loan because of such. McCall is demanding Best of the West be dissolved, the company be prohibited from selling assets during the suit and he be financially compensated. Best of the West has filed a counterclaim against McCall. The plaintiff filed for a scheduling conference in November

An education can be expensive.

As a loan officer and mortgage branch manager for many years I'll have to say the devil is in the details. Does he have a loan note between Best of the West and himself? Maybe there's and attorney that can way in but I would say John is going to need some hard documentation to enforce his claim.

I would personally like to see best of the west pay out. For one John porter acts like a child when he doesn't get his way. second he stole the turret idea from john burns. To my knowledge I think that case is still in the court system.
