Bugs N Bullets Butte need an opinion???

I recently tried to purchase a pair of boots online from this store and had nothing but problems, I tried to contact them and ran into more problems...I finally got ahold of them and thought I had things ironed out when I was contacted by my bank and said they had charged me 6 times the price of the boots and they had blocked the charge.....so is this a legitimite store and can I trust shoping there if I try to again....thanks in advance

Are you kidding? Why would you ever shop there again? Shop Sportsman's or Cabela's or your local shop.

I have dealt with them both online and in their store. Very customer orientated. Its a family owned and ran store. Great prices and I give them my highest recommendation.

I can see why you would buy from a family owned store rather than support cabelas, last time i checked B&B wasn not leasing up huge tracts of montana hunting lands for the filthy rich and they are not subdividing land and selling in the breaks, thats not exactly montana friendly. unless your a realtor.

I have bought packs and hunting supplys from them multiple times. They forgot to send the free cap once....I call them and they sent 2 caps. I would purchase from them anytime.....Call them and I am sure they can help ya out.....

i agree with irishbow. they really do have some of the best customer service out there. I had no problems with them at all, i'm sure they were able to get the problem figured out, because i'm sure every site has glitches occasionally
