Not the buck i was looking for but still had a good hunting season.
I saw bigger but had to shoot this one on my last day to hunt.

Life did a good job of getting in the way of hunting this fall, but still made it out enough to take a couple nice animals, and help a friend get a nice buck yesterday.

Was able to take this bull down while hunting for mule deer! remember it like yesterday. I was also able to take the bear! (just not in MT) Find the horn Goose!

SWEEEEET BEAR AND BULL!!!!! Where did you get the bull if you don't mind answering? Brown bear is suppose in Alaska?

I was working for an outfitter in AK for a month and in return was allowed to shoot a bear myself. My elk is from Libby. Should have let him go and run free. alot of our elk have taken a hit from the wolves in the last few years. Find the horn Goose!

Regulation changes made the area I hunted 6 times in 10 years a draw unit for archery. And Montana doesn't let me Preference point it. Could have applied this year based on my schedule but next year with guarenteed hunts in WY and CO, I just can't do it.

Here are some photos of where I hunt now. My archery season was a bust but the rest of the family scored during rifle season.

Wife's bull. Camera got wet the day before, hence the terrible photo.

I had as much fun and more satisfaction getting them on their elk as when I'm successful. Wife and step-son's first elk. She was estatic. Jumping up and down, shouting. I'll never forget that moment. Thanks for letting me share.

Here are photos of the 4 bucks we got. Tough weather and conditions early in the hunt. Had to go early this year (Oct.) because we had a hunt in CO in Nov. when we usually hunt MT.
