Got my maps today.
Can someone tell me what "Bankhead-Jones" lands are?
Are they public access?

Yep, public lands.

Usually administered by the BLM, but some are administered by National Grasslands or Forest Service, IIRC.

Google Bankhead Jones Act for a full history.

They are public though.
