Montana prices

Looking to coming to hunt montana next year for deer. my wifes family has a ranch and i have been invinted to hunt mule deer. i also have an ok to bring a good friend with me.

so for the first time i looked at the montana game and fish.
quite the list of tags and price range. from what i have read its $561 for a deer tag, and stamps. wow pretty steep price.

yah its probably why they aren't selling all their tags! We put in last year for the combo hunt and didnt think we would draw, having no points...but we did and said they had "left over" tags if anyone wanted to pay the close to $1K.
