Been looking on the website and regs but not seeing a date when they draw for the big 3?

Anybody know from years past??

They posted Monday 6/18 last year. I guess this coming Monday.

I can't remember, do they send you the conservation tag regardless of whether you are drawn or not? I got mine in the mail already and I don't recall getting it before...I thought it was included as part of the refund before...trying to keep my small mind from jumping to thinking this is a sign of good news to come!

Or is this "here's your sign" moment?

Thoughts anyone???

You get the conservation license regardless...and it is non-refundable.

Congrats on "drawing" the elusive conservation license.
