Looking for a 2015 guided elk/deer combo rifle hunt. Any quality yet reasonable suggestions?

I suggest you contact the Montana Outfitter/Guide Association (5 Microwave Hill Rd, Clancy, Mt 59634(406) 449-3578). Ask them for a list of outfitters for the area you are interested in and any other information about the outfitter you wish to know such as complaints that have been tendered with the Association. You can also ask for those outfitters that do drop camps and other less costly options.
