Good Butcher in Dillon, Butte or Helena

I am looking for a reputable butcher in Dillon, Butte or Helena that makes good jerky for a decent price. I will be traveling north to MT next week. I plan on hunting in Idaho, north of Spencer on my way to MT. If I get a deer in Idaho on Thursday, I would like to take it somewhere that can have it jerked or at least butchered and ready for me to pick up on Sunday on my way back home. I know that is a quick turn around.

Any recommendations?
