I know it's been plenty cold. Has the breaks been hit with the heavy snow that some areas have?

I'm southwest of there but news reports say Havre is setting records this year.
Cold, windy after a heat wave that made my area a giant ice rink, then dumped a bunch of snow on top.
Unfortunately not looking good.

I guess the important question is are any animals tipping over yet? Or are they still hanging on?

Most winter kill doesn't really start until later like end of March and April. We still have some time left to go and could get more snow. It has been bitter cold as well.

East of Glasgow there has not been as much in the way of snow, Glasgow and west they have been getting dumped on.

So I suspect there will be a lot of critters that didn't make this spring in Blaine and Hill counties, South Phillips and some in in South Valley.
