My buddy and I are applying online for general deer tags. I indicated we're applying as party. Completed, paid, but did not get party number. Is my ALS # how he applies to be in my party?

You should have been assigned a party number. Something went wrong. mtmuley

You should get a confirmation e-mail. In that e-mail you can open a pdf of your group application which will have your party #. This is how it was for me anyways.

I just started our party?s group app and was also confused & frustrated by this same thing-I thought maybe I screwed something up until I found the group # in the pdf doc sent in my confirmation email as WestNDMuleys described.

Montana sure could make the application process a little clearer & intuitive no doubt.
