Big Game Combo vs Deer Combo & Permit Apps w/ Party Apps

Need help figuring this one out and can't find the answer. Hoping someone can set me straight. I am NR. I have elk & deer points. I would like to apply for Big Game Combo and apply for a deer permit and elk permit. In addition I would like to allow my dad, brother and two good friends (all NR) to apply, with me as party, to get the Combo lic, but not apply for the deer permit nor the elk permit. Is this possible? And could they just apply for the deer combo under the party app? Even though I am the leader applying for the Big Game Combo. Hope this isn't to confusing. Appreciate the help.
