I just moved to ID and wish to hunt this fall. My best option is Unit 38 with my work schedule. It is a short range weapons only hunt(I plan on using a 12 ga ,rifled barrel, with sabots) for antlerless deer and will run through Nov 24th.
I am looking for any advice about hunting the public land in 38, as well as good access points, as much of the land is private.
