I just had a question for all you experts out there. When putting in a youth for a controlled youth hunt, are they required to have a regular hunting license or will a youth mentored do? Without knowing if i draw the same area i dont know if we would meet the stipulation of having a tag for the same area.This would be for a nonresident if it matters.Please help.
