50 Goat Tag

Got the goat tag and seen goats by the phi Kappa camp and mine. Anyone have other ideas and anyone seen goats by Iron Bog Lake area. Also thinking Devil's Bedstead area. I plan on waiting till October to really start hunting. Thanks again for any info.

I have seen them in Iron Bog and Brockie lake.

How far is it from Brockie Lake to the Iron Bog trailhead? You ever see them on near smiley mountain on the west side?

The Brockie lake drainage and the Iron Bog drainage meet down low. I don't recall how many mile it is up from there. I know the last time I went in there was about 22 years ago. We had small pack goats with us. Our truck was ransacked by bears on that trip.
We hiked above the lake and could see into Muldoon Canyon and Green lake. We saw several there. I have seen them down low in Muldoon. I actually saw antelope at higher elevation than the goats. I haven't seen them on the west side of Smiley but I didn't have much reason to look there. I have been to Brockie two times for fishing. I did a little looking around and saw them. I drove up Muldoon once looking for elk and saw goats.
