Northern Idaho access questions

Hoping someone can answer a access question for me. I'm headed to Idaho (north central) to hunt whitetails in a few days, and I'm wondering if the land designated Potlatch forest on my Idaho hunt card is huntable, is it private? Can someone share the access details?

Thanks

You are required to purchase a permit to access potlatch land- I think that you can do that online. Lots of deer died off from blue tongue last year in my area- Moscow out toward Deary, numbers are way down. It seems that the blue tongue was kind of spotty so you may find areas that did not get affected at all. Good Luck
