Coyote-Killing Location Near Boise

While coyotes aren't exactly hard to find this time of year, I wanted to post a spot that I see coyotes every time I go in case anyone wants to hit them. This winter with the snow, the coyote and wolf killing that can be done, the better. I see at least one coyote every time I hike there within less than an hour (last time was 5 minutes). I'm out-of-state for the next couple of months and can't whack 'em myself.

The spot is just past the high-bridge on 21 on the way to Idaho City on the east side of the road. You can park off of highway 21 in the first two parking areas after passing the high bridge or at the first parking area off Middle Fork Road (Turn right at the high bridge rather than continuing straight on 21). Either way, I always see them about 100-400 yards above the road by the little draws that come down the ridge. There are always a zillion deer and elk in there that coyotes stalk. Obviously, tread easy on the deer and elk this time of year. I always see wolf tracks on Cervidae Peak, the highest ridge there.

Good luck. If anyone gets one, post pictures. Let me know if you have any questions.
