Soooooo... i thought this was like unanimously shot down. Guess i was wrong. You thought drawing a sheep or moose tag was tough before.... now your odds are better winning the lottery.
Big old ad in the moose regs this year... transferable to kid or grandkid.

That has been around for several years, nothing new. If it were the other way around and kids could transfer to parents I can't imagine how bad the odds could get. Some people would have kids just for the bonus point aspect

Yeah, nothing new there. Odds shouldn't be any different this year due to it.
