North Idaho Bear Hunt

Guys, looking at hunting Unit 1 this year for spot and stalk bear. I have some spots marked out and wanting to bounce them off some of you all that hunt up there a ton. Looking around Priest Lake. Thanks and shoot me a text or email and we can talk.

I hunted for deer near Priest lake a couple years ago. It is so thick in that area that I think a spot and stalk hunt would be very difficult. That is my opinion. I'm sure there are several bears though so good luck in your adventures.

I haven't hunted it enough to be any help on specifics in areas you can get to in the spring, but it has lots of bears. You can only spot and stalk because of the numbers of grizzlies. So that means lots of bears. It is thick, but would imagine you can find areas that will produce if you put your time in.
