What did you apply for?

Now that the draw is closed, what did you apply for deer/elk/antelope?

I put in for:

Elk Unit 54, muzzy 1-31 odds

Antelope Unit 11, I believe 11-1 odds.

Deer a November muzzy tag, don't remember the unit.

I'll play.
I've finally decided to dump my Oregon elk points, all 13, and am likely to draw. So I put in for a real long shot.. unit 54 rifle. About 150/1 odds lol. Three of us put in for unit 41 deer. We had the tag before and just found the place too pretty not to go back. About %8 odds. Not many big bucks down there though.

Put both my son and myself in for the long odds. Both already had hunting license from hunting bear there a couple weeks ago.

Elk 46-2.

Deer 40.

32 bears. 41 rifle lopes. Extra cow tag. Extra WT doe tag up north.

Less than 90 days until the bow opener!

55 early rifle deer
54 muzzleloader elk
I am a nonresident with a lifetime license so I go into the resident draw.
This Idaho application is the final of the five states I put in for this year. Good to have it out-of-the-way.

I'm pretty sure you didn't apply for antelope in unit 11 lol.

Unlimited archery antelope, extra deer and extra elk for me. Maybe I can pull a trifecta

And you cant remember your deer choice either? Come on man! Are you sure your OK to carry a weapon?

1st Choice: 40 deer for myself 2 sons and GF 2nd choice: early 39-1? deer hunt.

1st choice: Elk 39-2 2nd choice 39-1 antlerless

Extra deer antlerless for my boys 39-1?

That's cool. Just razzing you all in fun kalie. This is a fun thread thanks for getting it started. I went for a couple of longshots in Idaho since I drew a good deer tag in Nevada.

114-115 muzzleloader. November 10-30.
My second choice on the application.

>Any day now.

Washington and Oregon both came out yesterday. If I remember right that means Idaho could be today because I believe we have been the day after Oregon typically

LAST EDITED ON Jun-16-17 AT 11:15AM (MST)[p]Last year Idaho came out the 24th. so i'm thinking the 23rd. or 26th. Hope i'm wrong . Hoping to find out if i draw Maine moose tomorrow..

Pretty ambitious, I think were 10 days out still.

I guess I was getting a little overly ambitious it just seems we are always right behind Oregon and Washington with those results. I'm sure by next Friday at the latest we will know. Seems results have been slightly ahead of schedule this year.

These are the dates I have written down.
In 2013 it was 5/21
In 2014 it was 5/25
In 2015 it was 5/25
In 2016 it was 5/24

I'm guessing they will be out the 23rd or the 26th. Definitely with in a week.

Good luck to all.

I really think it is going to be today or tomorrow. We are usually closely following Oregon and Washington who both released last Thursday, results acrosss the board for all states seem to be earlier this year(most of the draws are run by Systems Consultants in Fallon, NV), the draw results page went down sometime over the weekend and came back up around midday today. All these signs are pointing toward results very soon. For those of you saying next Monday I'll guarantee we see results by Friday at the latest

I put in for moose.... and didnt draw, imagine that!

I doubt I'll be in Idaho this year unless I dont draw a WY deer tag. I spent the last five trips in general units in ID and had good trips (except for 2013) so I'll miss it.
