My son and I were lucky enough to draw this tag. Anyone have any ideas where to find a big buck?

I was lucky enough to draw the same tag. I'm planning on starting to scout in late August. Looks like there is some public access on the southern side of the unit that should hold some good goats. Might also try knocking on some farmer's doors to try and gain access to some land.

Lots of antelope on public. Private access would help some.

It's not Wyoming, but it should be a fun hunt.

I'd look just to the southeast of mountain home on the flats out there along I-84, pretty sure it's mostly blm and I always see antelope around there

Anyone know how much the fire near Gooding is affecting the antelope? Are the moving closer to King hill or heading east?

Jumped highway 46 by dog creek headed east. I think it's almost contained don't see much smoke in the area.
