Deer tags

I got my deer tag in the mail today and I can hardly read anything on it. Is that normal for them or should I call them up? Thanks

Mine is legible but very light as well. Between the tag and my online records, I'm calling it good. I've already dealt with enough F&G issues this year

I'll probably just do that when I get out there in October.
Thanks for the replys!

I'm a non-resident and recently received my controlled hunt deer tag in the mail. It was very hard to read and I was surprised that it did not show the hunt number or the unit number. Is this normal?

I called IDFG and they said I could get a reprint if I stopped in a regional office.

N_Corey,

I assume you must be kidding? Otherwise I have no idea what you are referring to. Details?

Happy to provide some mid-day humor. I still think it is odd that the CH tag does not list the hunt or unit number. In any case I'm just happy to have beaten the odds again. Idaho was my last chance at a western big game tag this year as I didn't draw anything else..

I bought my license and tags at Sportsmans. I noticed they were pretty light print but didn't think much of it. I threw them in a holder and in the center console of my truck. I pulled them out today and they are pretty much just blank paper with my signature on it. Assuming the heat caused it? Guess I'll be heading downtown to get duplicates.
