Any north Idaho guys on here? I had an extra week open up in my schedule in September, so I'm going to try to get back up to northern Idaho to hunt up a couple Huckleberry bears. I know it's a little early but... How's the berry crop shaping up this year?

I'm in the Moscow area and there seems to be a really good crop this year...Berries everywhere in my "lucky" spot and big too.
We've actually had a really good early summer up here with June being nice, cooler temps and some rain even. Much better than recent years...Still pretty green too and not that many fires yet here(fingers crossed it stays that way!)

LAST EDITED ON Aug-07-18 AT 04:30PM (MST)[p]It is an exceptional year so far for berries. As far as bears-I killed two already so I have had a good year. Berries should just be getting good over the next month.
