There have been several fires in SE Idaho the past couple of weeks due to illegally shooting exploding targets on BLM land. Lock them up, fine then, ban them from hunting or fishing on public land. So, so selfish

I agree. I don't shoot these targets myself so I could careless if they ban them.

Always sad to see, but what an opportunity!
There are few areas I like to hunt more then a burn. Even the fresh stuff burns in a mosaic pattern. It will be great hunting this year. And the coming years? The game is going to go crazy. Much better feed and tougher cover for wolves to hunt in. I would be pumped if I hunted 49.

Nice! this would be my first as well if I get one. I normally archery hunt and have called in a few bulls but never gotten a shot yet. Always made some stupid mistake so hoping this is the year since its rifle
