Now that everyone has or should have put in for the draw what did you put in for?

I put in for deer, elk, moose, and bighorn sheep.

skipped goat huh? In this state it doesnt matter if you tell people where you put in for the odds are horrible at best for any decent unit.

Yeah, the odds for goat aren't even worth spending the 5 dollars.

I don't apply for "decent" units so my odds aren't bad, so I don't tell anybody. We're talking odds of around 1 in 10 to about 1 in 30. (deer and elk)

why would you only pick one moose unit, limiting yourself to a OIL tag that most of us will never draw, I want the best chance possible, all the moose units are great

You're right, and if I really wanted a goat tag I would apply for them, but I have no desire to ever have a mountain goat head on my wall. Sure I would use the meat but I can hunt deer and elk for meat. So I choose to not take that opportunity away from others, who I assume want to hunt goats so they can put a head on their wall.
