Ive still seen some bulls packing horns on their heads still, anyone seen any elk or bucks still packing their horns around? Kind of a weird year.

Bulls packin in April isn't unusual in my neck of the woods, they drop from early March all the way through April. My experience says that the deer drop primarily in January and the Elk in late March/early April.

I went out yesterday and saw Four Bulls still packing. But I found a nice six point set a week and a half ago. Around here the deer start dropping in mid January and the elk start around mid March.

I saw a huge 6 point bull packing about a week to 2 weeks ago. I was thinking about going out this weekend but cant decide because it always seems like they will still be packing their horns and starting to piss me off, haha. Saw 100 head in a group one day but only one had horns and he was a small 2 point, other ones looked like bulls but didnt have any horns....odd year

Down in my part of the state there isn't a bull still packin.
