That might be pushing it manny 
It is still probably the best hunt in Oregon (not including the premium hunts like Juniper Muzzy, trout creek, etc) but its got a ways to go before it is even close to what it used to be like. I am hoping that things are improving everywhere but it still kind of feels like things are still declining or maybe holding steady. Still some good bucks to be found in many units, it just takes alot more work to find them and alot of luck to get them.

Yeah I also heard about it but the guy I talked to said it wasn't in the Steens.
