I have Kids that live in Klamath Falls and I am looking for a good fishing guide for salmon in that area.

Would appreciate any information I could get for a fishing trip?

K Falls is kind of central southern Oregon, there is some good trout fishing in the area but no salmon. You would need to head to the coast from there, the nearest place to fish for salmon would be Brookings are more likely Gold Beach, but that would depend on what time of year you will be here. Think the better fishing there is fall.

>try wild times guild service in
>klamath

Thanks for the information. Is Wild Times you, a friend or relative or have you used them?

I am most likely having a knee replacement in April, so it would probably be in the fall. How far is Brooking from Klamath Falls

What I am looking for, is a dude fishing trip. That being said, I am 73 years old and would proabably bring a son and grandson. I can catch fish from pan size to three pounds all day long, right here in our backyard. I want BIG fish and an easy trip. None of this backpacking hard to get to stuff. If we have to travel, so be it. I have already have one new knee and will most likely getting another one soon. I have hunted, fished, and lived in the country most of my life

Steve Huber and Andy martin are a couple that come to mind.

Steve does the lower Klamath alot and Andy does the chetco. They get a lot of big fall fish in the chetco.

Upper Klamath just below Iron Gate dam in october is just a little over an hour from K Falls. They are not real pretty fish but the numbers are incredible ! 20 + hookups a day is very common. My best day was 37 hooked. (i am not a guide) Scott Caldwell is the best guide on the upper river google SC Guide service but hurry he fills fast.
