Me either, I think I caught something about poison and wolves. that I like.

Posting something like that on-line is not very smart! The first wolf ODFW finds dead that is "poisoned" will look to websites like this to see "who was braggin" and end up on your door step...with FBI agents

LOL I love this. Notice the time the post was posted? 2:50 AM Pacific Time. I think someone was ##### canned messed up when posting this. Oh well makes for a good laugh.

Lets try to translate. He has hunted the Walla Walla unit and he found it to be very steep country. He has heard there are 400 class bulls in the unit but he has only seen 325.One bull almost made the record books from this unit but it fell a little short on the g3. Not to many cougars in the unit but the bear population is up. As far as wolves don't fire a shot around them they might think you are trying to give them lead poisoning and they will attack you and bite off your hot dog.
Hope this helps explain things!!

>that is pretty impressive. can
>you translate his other post??

Have to work on that one LOL!!

I would have guessed this was a lost Utard on the Oregon forum but his knowledge of the unit is pretty spot on so I'm going to go with just a drunk Oregonian!

Nascar88,
Nice try but I think you are way off. Here is the original text:

"we hunt the walla walla very hard in extreme area sorry to say ihere 400 class bulls not 325 is about it just read the record books its calked blue mountain tine g3
as farse as cats no problem we have a few lots of bears now we have wolves DONT SHOOT poisen works very well on hot dogs leaves no trace only takes care of pests"

Here is the accurate translation:

"I'm extremely sorry. I hunt very hard but I still am Walla Walla (the Indian word for "terrible hunter). I took a class but it all I learned was to just read the record books. I took a 400 level class at Ogden Community College but I couldn't make it through. Do not take Bull Hunting 325 either! I may have been sloshed/high (the translation for this word is a little hazy) the whole time, but after the class, I caulked my entire bathroom with blue caulk. It looked like a mountain. It was a total farce, but my cats have no problem with it. DON'T SHOOT POISON! (this is clearly a modern way of saying don't do drugs, particularly drugs taken intravenously, i.e. "shooting up") Drugs are like a bear or wolf at your door, ready to devour you! A great alternative to drugs that works very well is a hot dog wrapped in a leaf. This works for me every time, takes care of my pests" ("pests" is a clear reference to his [or possibly her???] drug and/or alcohol addiction)

So this is clearly a cry for help, and a dire warning to the rest of us about the dangers of drug use. His words ring so true "like a bear or a wolf at your door, ready to devour you!" I couldn't have said it better myself! Almost brings tears to my eyes. So, take his/her advice, DON'T SHOOT POISON!(Don't do drugs) Or you may end up like Watershed.

Tune in to the show next week where we will explore the hidden meaning in the alias "watershed".

Only 221 days 'til bow season. :)

Lol, Bonepicker just made my day. Pretty sure NASCAR was closer, but I like it anyway.

"Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience!"

HAHAHAHA! Not sure which one made me laugh harder, but both translations were too dang funny that's for sure! I am glad you 2 figured it all out, I could not understand any of it.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-17-12 AT 05:16PM (MST)[p]Maybe he'll be back this Friday at 2:50 again. We can always hope!

Come back watershed! You've brought so much life to this forum this week, we miss you!

this is my 1st post but i've been a lurker for quite awhile...but the lack of education and a spell checker smells like killerbee in a watershed wrapper???

nice analogy but I think even killerbee finished a couple grades ahead of watershed. killerbee at least had the knowledge on how to post pictures.

I think that this is the funniest thing I've ever read on this site! Good job.

Press release for Wednesday February 20 2013: Authorities are asking for assistance in locating Theodore "Ted" X. Knowles. Ted was known lovingly as "watershed" by his many, many, many close friends on Monster Muleys, the world's premier hunting forum. It appears at the time of his disappearance he was carrying a record book, a package of poisened hot dogs, and a gun (a calking gun that is, loaded with a tube of blue caulk), he seemed to be hunting the mountains of the Walla Walla unit very hard for an elusive 400 class bull. A close friend said "we've seen some bulls in here but 325 is about it. That G-3 tine is a farse I tell you its like a metaphor for watershed's life, it's too short!" The cause of his disappearance is still under investigation but authorities believe that alcohol or drugs or just plain crazy may have been a factor in this mysterious disappearance but one hot dog was missing. The Medical Examiner stated "we hope he didn't eat one of the poisened hot dogs but if he did it will be almost impossible to tell because it leaves no trace." According to those who knew watershed on hunting forums, the guy was a total nutcase. Officials said that survival is doubtful "in this area we have a few cats, lots of bears and now we have wolves". According to those with knowledge of the terrain, "this is an extreme area, sorry to say." A local added, "That Ted was always good for a laugh, he didn't say much but when he did say something, you couldn't understand him anyway." Local biologists noted that as they monitored the area they noticed that there were a lot less pests than normal "it really seems like something has taken care of the pests in this area" one said. Anyone with additional information, speculation, or lies about the disappearance of watershed is asked to post on Monstermuleys.com in the Oregon Forum.
