LAST EDITED ON Mar-15-12 AT 05:36PM (MST)[p]Friends son was lucky enough to take this fine NE Oregon 6X6 bull during archery season! It was the last of about 20 head of cows that came out of the woods that evening. The night before he and his dad watched this bull and cows going into the same area. 25yrd shot and it was down! Talk about an excited kid and a very excited dad!

Congrats Austin!

BTW this was his FIRST year archery hunting...spoiled for life!

Awesome bull! Great job by the youngster, especially during his first year archery hunting. The hook is fully set in his mouth for life!

Very nice bull! My cousin's 18yr son also connected on his first archery bull last fall in NE Oregon. Darn kids!
