Heading over out of Imnaha chasing bears and sheds this weekend. Any reports on the snow? Bears? Horns? in the Harle Butte area. Looks like its been plenty warm, hoping I'm not late...
We just got back. Could drive to about 5500 on the North Slope where we were at. Saw 8 bears, but didn't manage to get any killed. Found a few sheds. The elk were headed up country fast.
My brother and I are headed to the Chesnimnus Friday for a week or more. Bears, turkeys, sheds, maybe get another mountain lion...should be a good time!
