Steens Antelope

I am helping a friend on his Steen's antelope tag. Any general ideas on where to start scouting. We have a few scouting trips planned. And yes we were not prepared for a draw of the Steen's for antelope. JB

There is usually a heard on the big flat on top of Blitzen Gorge. Not really what you would think is Antelope country but the grass is green and for some reason they like it?

Another place to try would be the big flats on the south end of the loop road????? I have seen some out there while driving in and out scouting for Deer. It's a huge unit you will find them eventually.

Thanks, I have hunter several units on the Nevada side boardering Oregon and have seen the goats all over the place from high elevation rocks to the flats, thanks. JB
