Oregon Archery Elk

I'm new to hunting Oregon but I'm thinking of trying an archery Elk hunt. Can I still get a decent tag for this year? I have a few points but that will obviously have to wait until next year. I live in Northern California and would like something near the coast. My Uncle lives in Coos Bay. Any advice is appreciated.

You can buy an OTC archery tag for deer and elk. With your uncle living in Coos Bay, you won't have to go far to hunt.
