Rs, Your first one is a beauty. I got a bunch in A zone but don't believe i ever killed one in A zone was that nice!

Would have been even better if he a had that other front fork, eh?.

Those are both really nice bucks, WAY better than average for A zone.
That looks like some of the country I hunt around Lake Berryessa with that tall oat grass.
Those steep slopes are like a water slide sometimes.
I was dragging a buck out one time that got away from me and ended up riding it down hill like a toboggan - LOL!
I wish I had that on film.

Again, congrats, that's a great season in A zone!

Thanks everyone, it was definitely an exceptional season for around here.

Harry, I used to hunt up near the dam when I was a kid...that can be some rough country. It looks like you've found some great areas up there, those are some great bucks you and your son have been killing.
