On Tuesday 9-8-15 While I was at work thieves broke into my home . They used power tools to cut open my safe and remove my firearms . They also stole all of my familys bows and other hunting gear . The Items were stolen from the Jamestown , CA area but could be anywhere by now . If you come across any guns or other hunting gear for sale please get in touch with me . There is a healthy reward offered at this point , Im not looking for names or convictions , I just want to recover my property .

Nothin worse than a f'n thief! I'm sick for ya d6, hope you're able to recover yer gear.

D6, I have a huntin' fool friend in Sonora named Rick Hendrix. I'll alert him to this, and he can pass the word around Sonora. Paul

That's NFG! Hope you get your stuff back!

Joey

"It's all about knowing what your firearms practical limitations are and combining that with your own personal limitations!"

Good grief! It makes me sick! Do you have the serial numbers recorded somewhere? There is a lot better chance down the road that the police can recover them. Still a long shot though.

You have great taste in good solid guns! I hope you can recover them and the other things too.

Guns are like parachutes. If you need one and don't have one you probably will never need one again.

A couple dopers were arrested Tuesday in my home town in possession of 13 stolen guns , 2 were mine . They were released from jail yesterday , what a joke . 13 felony charges and they spent less than 24 hrs behind bars . This whole mess is absolutely disgusting .

LAST EDITED ON Sep-10-15 AT 04:19PM (MST)[p]I feel for you. In May, I had all of my gear stolen out of my shop. Got everything but my guns. Duffle and two back packs with about $3500 in hunting gear gear. Makes me sick.

My Son is LEO. He had his cj7 stolen from his house 2 times 2 years ago 2 weeks apart. They caught the same thief both times with dope in the jeep in a nearby city. Both times he was out in a couple of hours! I think they should cut off their hands!

Sorry to hear about the break in and loss of your property, it happened to me around 25 years ago and leaves you with a sense of being violated having someone in your home. I know where I live the police don't even go to your home if you are broken into, you go to their office and file a report. Anymore the crooks don't have much to worry about. I hope you get your guns back, good luck.

had that happen once lost it all, until i found out it was a so called buddy, he buried them and i turned his ass in, sounds like someone knew what n where to me...?

Hey Justin, Karma is a real b**ch! Whoever stole your stuff will get a healthy dose of it coming to them. I hope you get your stuff back ASAP. I'm sure you've made a police report of the incident, but it doesn't hurt to do some leg work on your end as the law enforcement agencies are so busy with this kind of stuff. I'd be hitting up the pawn shops around you all the way over to Stockton and Sacramento to see if anything has come in there. Craigslist is a good place to look also for the non-firearm items.
If you had serial numbers of the firearms recorded, chances are you'll get them back. More than likely it was someone (probably high on meth) who stole them for a quick buck to support their habit. Good luck with getting your items back, I hope they make it home to you.

Update on this issue : On Thursday the LEO's arrested the same two tweakers in possession of almost all my stolen items along with an additional 60+ firearms and a ton of misc ammo and hunting gear . One of the guys arrested has served a prior prison sentence for stealing/selling firearms . I am still in shock that things like this are happening in my small town , much less all over the country . I hope the MM/hunting/honest American community can learn from this incident and double , even triple check your home security . I hope this never happens to anyone , this last week has been the biggest emotional roller coaster of my life . Thanks for the support and take care .

I just received some more info , after they were arrested Thursday , they were released Friday and two more safes were cut open Friday night in a nearby community . This is absolutely disgusting .
