I didn't go this year, my dad killed a few Eurasian doves but said it wasn't too good. How did the steel shot work for you?

Ya I assume. Lots of guys are saying to hell with that crap law. Can't blame em, turds from down south ca telling everyone what to do.

It was bad here in "Real" Northern California, Red Bluff to Redding. I went 3 times. Opening morning, and two evenings. Very slow on birds. I went to 3 different places too. Last year was amazing. Homer lives in Calexico so I'm not surprised on his shoot....)

I thought all bird hunting was supposed to be steel shot this year except for private pheasant clubs

In the Communist state of Mexifornia it becomes law for all game birds in 2019! Glad i don't live there anymore..

2019 you can't even shoot a jack rabbit or a squirrel with a lead bullet, .22LR included.
