Got the first season- hoping the fires don't interfere with the hunt.Sounds like the other zone archer may have gotten the choice to return the tag.

Work and distance ( Central Coast) are preventing me from scouting also.We won't be there till Saturday afternoon but luckily my buddy has been on 4-5 hunts in this zone so I am counting on him.
Sounds like no shortage of critters and sounds like the horn growth as been good.

The current fires won't have an impact on your hunt but there is still lightning moving through that could start something that will. Most of the devils garden area that burned is on the Clear Lake tag.
