Eel those sure look like Tule elk to me because of the light color but they sure have the horns of a Roosevelt elk.
Don't know of a herd in that area but then I didn't know about the Elk herd above Shelter Cove until one 6x6 came walking down the middle of Beach Road and laid down across the street in my neighbor's yard.
