X12 Tag return

I drew a X12 tag but have medical issues not going to hunt. Does anyone know if i can return the tag for refund and will i get any points back, i burned 6 to draw that zone. cant find anything on web that tells me what my options are.

Yes you can return a tag because of medical issues and get your points back,call fish and wildlife and follow the process.

Indeed you can. I did the very same thing 2 years ago. In fact I was our group leader. As it turns out the other 2 tag holders in my group also got their points back. I called the main DFW office in Sacramento and was transferred to person in charge of the program. After explaining my situation with her (can't remember her name) we forfeited our tags and our points were restored. We only lost only the point for that year.

Put in a a party and you turn in tag the others get to keep tag and all points return..to everyone.
