My nephew has a tag drawn for J15 for Anderson Flats or the G37 area. It looks like a winter storm will come in Wednesday just before opening Saturday. We scouted the area before the fires and went back after, but the forest service still had most of it closed off at the time. I havent been up since late September.
I called the rangers and game warden, who were some help. Anyone have any ideas, what the area looks like now? I have mapped a lot out from before but have never seen the area late in the season.
This is his first year hunting, we have been hunting down in D16. He had a few chances but not great chances. Not asking for much just overall look of the area, and best way to currently get in to area.
