Wife Drew the tag in one of the units in Northern Washoe 011-021(Im not telling!) and we cant wait. Found some good bucks while scouting but they have a couple seasons to make it though before her hunt. Not asking for spots since I know where ill be, just asking for photos of past bucks anyones taken? Would be great to see what guys have gotten in the past. Good luck to all the rest who have drawn tags....and unlike some, Ill actually post an update to our hunt after its completed!

Dan...nice buck and hope your wife nails him or one like it. It is not hard to find out where she drew, I just did it and would say but I don't want to spoil your post....LOL Good luck to your wife.

I just saw a decent 3x3 with a cheater on FB that came from this unit,nice looking buck it had good mass.

Me and my hunting partner also burned 9 points on this hunt last year. It was pretty dry and most of the animals were near water. It is a big unit and I'm not sure we were in the best spot. Here is a scouting photo and a photo of my buddy's buck. It was the best one we found on the whole hunt. I took home a crabby 24 " 4X4 after he got his. Great camping weather. Good luck to you.

My buddy had the buck aged by a biologist and he came up with 8 years old. The old buck was still in his prime and may have dressed out at 200 lbs or more. One of the biggest bodied Nevada bucks I've ever seen.
