Unit 12-14 antelope info needed

Hey guys,

I drew unit 12-14 Nevada antelope for August 22 - September 7 and I'm needing some good information to go on.

My work schedule has had me so slammed that I wasn't sure I could even make the hunt but it's looking like I just might get enough time off to make the trip out west. I live in Mississippi and I'm experienced with all types of western hunting but this will be my first time to hunt in Nevada. I'm fully geared to camp and have a ATV ready to go if needed.

Anything you fellows can share to point me in the right direction will be much appreciated. I'd like to go after the best quality animal that I can find while seeing the country and maximizing the hunting experience. If I get to make this trip it will be a much needed break from the daily grind.

I'd also welcome the opportunity to join up with someone to share camp with.

I just got off the phone with Tony. He seems like a heckuva nice guy. He's booke with a sheep hunter but seems determined to help me out somehow anyway. I'm sure he will put me on the right path.

Things went great!

I met some great people and saw some spectacular country. I got a nice goat down south way on the 5th day of the hunt. He's the best I saw the whole trip so I'm happy with him. I'll try to share a pic later here.

I'm now in Afton, Wyoming working on getting ready for the Region G mule deer opener in a couple of days.

Thanks to all of you guys who helped me out, there's no way I'd have had half the fun and success that I did without you!
