072L Cow hunt

A buddy of mine drew this tag for his 2nd choice. It looks like we won't get a chance to scout it before we go back in late December unless our Area 10 deer tags get filled really fast next week. The hunt encompasses units 072-075. Are any of these units better than the others for cow elk? We were thinking about concentrating our efforts in 072 near the lower elevations of the Jarbridge towards the Mary's drainage and generally south from there. Would that be good area to start?
