Hard to justify them giving out 1150 management cow tags for area 6 early. Defiantly a way to suck up the funds considering last year they had half as many management cow tags and killed 10%.

I called biologists about 031 California's. There are 2 mountains on that unit. The herd on one of them got a disease and they had to wipe the herd so it didn't transfer to the others. That's the reason for the reduction. Sad deal for the state and sportsman. It was my 1st choice anyway.

The tag quota list is good. Now if I could remember what units I put in for.

I have it written down somewhere. Not that big a deal as I only have 1 point for antelope and deer.
