I have even gone so far as taking the url address from 2015 successful page and changing the 15 to 16. It pulls up a huntnevada page that is blank. Lol

How I learned that trick was a computer class in college. I had a buddy taking the same class at a different time and he gave me the link to log in and look at the online test before I had to take it. Lol

Just get an add-on for your browser such as Check4Change Automatically checks to see if the page has changed every so often (from 5 seconds to whatever).
