Any body know when Nevada Sheep and mule deer draw results will be posted by huntnevada.com? One source says May 27th another says June 9th. I need to know my Nevada results prior to the Arizona deer and sheep application deadline which is June12th.

Preliminary results have been released on the web the Friday before Memorial Day weekend the past several years. The June date is for the "official" results after credit cards have been verified.

Last year they didn't post till 5:00 pm Friday before Memorial Day. I usually hang out at the shop and call everyone that I know that drew. Now with smart phones I may have to be out in the field next Friday.

10 a.m ?!!! Hahaaaa I wish, I wouldn't even go to work that day then, I'd drink coffee from 5-10 then start cracking the celebration bottle ,.... or the g damnit bottle .
Ya it's usually imbetween 3-5

Last year was shortly after 4 if I remember correctly. It's usually been around 3 to 4:30 the past few years. Seems to get later each year. Maybe it's just me. Lol. Serious though. Guessing between 3:30 and 4:30 on the 26th.

My brothers on the board of directors for NBU and spoke to someone in the know allegedly. That's what he was told. Other than that I have no idea.

10am? That sure would be nice! No matter what it is a waste of a day for me every year, whether it's hitting refresh all day or looking up everyone I know as soon as they come out. If they come out at 10am I will probably just start drinking whether I draw or not. Came out at 4:03pm last year, 3:56 in 15', and 3:20 in 14' just for reference.

4:02:53
3:56:27
3:19:17
???
Take the day off set up the kitchen table with the lap top, iPad , your wife's phone and your phone ,..hit refresh on all, crush a can, repeat.
I'm just hoping utahs lag time won't delay our tag results morms are gummin it up again haaaaa

Your spot on. Never been sooner than that. Good luck in the draw.

actually I think in 2015 didn't they have a slip up for a few minutes either the day before or early that morning?

Then it came out for real at the regular time in the afternoon.

Yes, but he suspected back door was wrong. It said I didn't draw #####, but when the results came out on Friday I had an elk tag.

If Hunting and Angling Ended
There is no alternative funding system
in place to replace the potential lost
funds for conservation. If hunting and
angling end, funding for wildlife
conservation, including enforcement of
all wildlife laws, will be jeopardized.
Hunters, anglers and shooters actively
support wildlife conservation through
tangible actions such as buying licenses
and paying taxes on hunting, fishing and
shooting equipment. Why are hunters and
anglers so willing to support
conservation through their pocketbooks?
Because people place added value on ?
and are willing to pay for ? what they
can use.

"They saw my power. Ain't no way they're gonna dog me again this year..."

I have fourteen points! But I had thirteen last year, twelve before that, etc. Them people have no sense of humor.

So, they have drawn on Wed before Memorial Day and posted the Fri afternoon before Memorial Day in recent years. Is that happening on the same schedule this year?

>Chomping at the bit to know.
>Burnt 10 to hunt close
>to my old home. Unit
>65 for deer

Should be a for sure draw for you. I did a lot of research on that unit and talk to the biologist in Elko and he said there are some really good bucks there but a lot of roads also. I like the fact that it is just one long season. I think if you live close by you should do well. I'm in with only for nonresident points so probably won't draw that unit but would appreciate if you keep me posted on how your hunt goes. Thanks

I'm a non resident now but my family still lives there. Some good bucks in that area for sure. Crossing my fingers

>I feel like I'm 0 for
>1000....So far drew NOTHING.
>Come on Nevada be good
>to me!!

Same here. I have struck out on my "for sure" moose tag in Wyoming as well as 4 other states including my own. :(

>Nothing stopping you from hunting moose
>in NV:)

Actually there are some moose showing up in northern Nevada. Probably moving down from Idaho.

Yes, Moose are in the South Hills unit 54 in Idaho which is right on the border, so, it wouldn't be surprised if they have moved into Nevada.

Sure, but nothing is stopping you from hunting a deer without a tag either.

NAC 503.020

Just because there is no season, they are still regulated. If you shoot a Moose in Nevada, its the same crime as shooting a deer out of season or without a tag.

You might want to do your homework before you spout off false information.

I guess humor is not allowed in the tense final few hours before draw results? :). Im not quitting my day job to be a comedian but it was an attempt at humor. I honestly was thinking hunting a moose in NV was like hunting a unicorn.

I appreciated the humor:)

It's actually a combo wolf tag/moose tag. They are free.

Don't forget the Grizz tag.

After the Colorado Bigfoot story...anybody that shoots Bigfoot can clearly claim sect defense! Time for NV to post my sheep tag:). Good luck to everybody
