Any one knock down a good one in 271/272? I had the muzzy tag but couldn't find the one I was watching during the summer. hopefully hell make it or somebody put em down! post some pics boys

LAST EDITED ON Nov-03-17 AT 05:15PM (MST)[p]Finally found a nice size buck this morning. More than nice, about a 30"+ spread.

We will see if the hounds are onto him Sunday but as of today, no one was watching him (and if they were, they couldn't see him from their angle assuming the campers were hunters).

Had season been open today, he would be dead

That said, I did not see a single person scouting where I was at so that is a positive. I saw a smaller buck as well. Kind of weird to see no one out with some optics somewhere. Hopefully they stay away

Passed on a fork horn this morning. Did not turn up a big buck. Found another buck but couldn't tell how big he was as it was first light and he disappeared into the thick ;/

Guides were up there with a full camp already. Did not hear any shots though.
